- What is HotMatchup?
HotMatchup.com is the latest in what is fast becoming the best way to meet people for intimate and discreet encounters. We are a community of singles,

- How much does it cost?
Starting a Hotmatchup.com profile is absolutely FREE! Once you choose a username and password, you can fill out
your profile information (such as what type of encounters you are
seeking, what you look for in a partner, etc...) and start searching
and contacting other members of HotMatchup for FREE. However, in order to get complete access
to HotMatchup.com (Which includes full inbox
privileges, reading email from other members,
viewing other photos,viewing X-rated photos,
advanced searching, and more.),
you must upgrade to a paid membership.
In other words: YOU ONLY PAY IF YOU CONNECT
WITH SOMEONE!
To upgrade from our Basic Membership to
the Gold Membership simply click the Upgrade
button that will be located on your
HotMatchup Home Page under My Account.
- What is the difference between searching and matching?
Searching provides you a list of our members' profiles based on criteria you specify at the time of the search. Matching, on the other hand, is our two-way process that locates all of the members who match what you are looking for AND narrows that list to those members who are looking for people with a profile like yours. No time wasted browsing profiles that mean nothing to you. We deliver you the best of the best, the cream of the crop.
- How long will it take for people to be able to view my profile, after I sign up?
Your profile will be posted immediately after you create it. Other members will immediately have access to your profile. You will also immediately be posted in the Matches section (for more information on Matches click here). If you have chosen to upload a photo, it will NOT be posted. It must first be approved by an HotMatchup.com administrator. Photo approval may take up to 24 hours. Once approved it is immediately posted. If your photo was rejected, you will be notified.
- I have just signed up, and my photo is not displayed, why?
If you have chosen to upload a photo, it will NOT be posted. An HotMatchup.com administrator must first approve it. Photo approval may take up to 24 hours. Once approved it is immediately posted. If your photo is rejected, you will be notified. You may also change your photo at any time.
- How are my matches defined?
HotMatchup.com compares your preferences in a partner with other members on the site. A percentage score is given. This score is based on similarities,
likes, dislikes, etc... It's possible to have up to 20 matches, and they can be viewed in the Matches section of this site.
- When I log into the site, I see someone else's profile, why?
Are you using a Public Computer?
If you log on to HotMatchup.com and see someone else's homepage….
If this happens you should immediately log off and delete cookies
and Temporary Internet files on that computer. Follow the steps
below to delete these files.
Your browser must be open in order to complete these steps.
1. On your toolbar select "Tools"
2. Select "Internet Options"
3. Under the Temporary Internet files section click "Delete Cookies…"
4. Select O.K.
5. Once that is complete, select "Delete files…"
6. Select the box "Delete all offline content"
7. Then select O.K.
You now have successfully deleted all cookies and temporary Internet
files. You should now go back to HotMatchup.com and log on again. Please
remember to log off when leaving the site. Should this problem persist
please contact us at info@HotMatchup.com.
- Have a photo, but not a scanner! How do I get my picture on HotMatchup.com?
Send your photo to our Photo Processing Department, along with a non-refundable check or money order for $9.95.

- How Do I Ad Someone to My BlackBook?
To add someone to your "Black Book", first you login to HotMatchup.com and find the member
you want to add. Once you see their profile, on the right you will see "Add",
click on this and it will add them to your "Black Book".
- What is my Block User Feature and How do I use it?
To "Block" someone from your profile, login to HotMatchup.com and make sure you are in the "My Home" section. Then click on your "Inbox". Click on the message from the member you would like to block.
At the bottom of their message you will see a button that says "Block User", when you click on this button that will block that particular member.
To "Unblock" someone, from your profile, login to imatchup.com and make sure you are in the "My Home" section.
On the right hand side of the page under "Keeping Track" click on "Blocked Users."
Select the user you wish to "Unblock" by putting a checkmark in the checkbox beside thier name and click on the gray box that says "Unblock these users."
The users will no longer be blocked.
- Ho do I view Private photos?
If you would like to have access to other members private photos, you must be given permission by the user. As well you must have a credit card entered (for age verifacation) to view x-rated photos.
- How Can I See What my Photo Rating Is and How Do I get in the Top 100?
Unfortunately at this time you are unable to see your own rating. You would have to ask a friend on hotMatchUp to let you know what your score is.
The Top 100 photos section lists the profiles with the highest user rating with a minimum of 50 votes. Members are allowed to vote only once per photo on a profile and once per day for the Swimsuit Contest. Ratings fluctuate throughout the day and members are entitled to vote on a scale of 1 through 10 on their personal preference for a photo.
- I clicked on someone’s profile by mistake and am worried they might think I am interested. Is there a way to remove me from their Who’s Interested list?
We apologize for any inconvenience but we currently do not offer the ability to remove
names from the "Who's Interested" section. If you do find yourself in this situation the worst that you can say is sorry not interested.
- I updated my information and it is not changed yet?
When changing your information from height to email address the system may take up to 24 hours to make the changes appear. Please note, cookies and javascript must be enabled to access the site and for changes to appear on your profile. Here is how you can enable them:
If you use a Windows PC machine and wish to enable cookies and javascript in Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, follow these directions.
To enable Cookies
1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
2. On the Privacy tab, move the settings slider to Low or Accept All Cookies.
3. Click OK.
To insure that you are able to use JavaScript
1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
2. On the Security tab, move the settings slider to Medium or Medium low.
3. Click OK.
Close down all of the internet browser windows and then return to Imatchup.com
- Why can’t I see the message I sent myself?
When viewing your own profile you will not be able to view the option to "send a message". We currently do not offer the abilitly for you to send yourself a message. Please be advised that when other members are viewing your profile they will be prompted with the option to "send a message".
- How do I cancel my account
Please send an email to info@hotmatchup.com to have your account cancelled.
